Terms & Conditions — w565 Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "w565", "we", "us", "our" refers to the w565 online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the w565 website accessible at w565.bio, including all games, features, tools, and services offered thereon.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee or director of w565 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the w565 Platform for any reason, including self-exclusion, without prior written consent from w565 to re-register.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of w565 services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all w565 Accounts:

• One Account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one w565 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your Account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notification of compromise: You must notify w565 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC verification: w565 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport, or utility bill) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension.

w565 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide reasons for such refusal.

w565 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment channel are displayed on the w565 deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice. All deposited funds must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are not used for w565's operational expenses. w565 does not pay interest on player account balances.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their w565 Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All applicable KYC verification requirements must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's own name. w565 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the relevant portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment channel and are displayed on the w565 withdrawal page.
• w565 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests received before the published daily cut-off time, subject to verification status and payment channel availability.

w565 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected. In such cases, w565 will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

w565 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer. The following general principles apply to all w565 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and must not be exploited for systematic financial gain through methods not consistent with genuine gameplay.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games offered on the w565 Platform are governed by individual game rules made available within the game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all w565 games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer procedures, depending on the game type. w565's RNG systems are subject to independent third-party auditing.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the round in question will be treated as void and any wager placed will be returned to the player's Account Balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be voided.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. w565 does not accept cancellation of bets after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by specific game rules.
• w565 reserves the right to void bets placed using erroneous odds, pricing errors, or incorrectly published game parameters. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such instances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w565 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain winnings or credits not intended by w565. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other financial crime conducted through the w565 Platform. w565 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to competent authorities.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from w565.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any w565 software.
• Use any w565 brand assets, including the w565 logo, in any context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of w565 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w565 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their Account login credentials.
• Any technical failure, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, hardware failure, or third-party payment processor delays, that affects a player's ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction.

The w565 Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w565 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit w565's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

w565 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively promotes responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all players directly from their w565 Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your w565 Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under w565's international gaming license jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and w565, the following procedure applies:
